This position will verify specifications using various measuring tools and perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace as well as document and troubleshoot assemblies as required.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrepares work to be assembled utilizing assembly instructions, blueprints, market lists, etc.\nHave to carefully test the partly assembled parts before performing the final assembling.\nVerifies specifications by measuring or checking parts to be assembled.\nFollow the targets and deadlines set for jobs.\nFollow instructions written and/or verbal.\nMust follow all the safety procedures, environmental guidelines and company rules and regulations while assembling.\nDocument and troubleshoot assemblies as required.\nKeep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance procedures.\nBolt, screw, and/or rivet accessories to fasten, support, or hang components and subassemblies.\nAlign and assemble parts to be riveted using jigs, holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners as required.\nApply sealants, adhesives, resins, and solvents per customer specifications.\nUtilize hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment as required.\nIdentify product defects and communicate errors to appropriate personnel.\nBag and tag finished products.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMechanically inclined with good manual dexterity.\nAbility to understand drawings, specifications, and work instructions.\nAbility to sit or stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to lift 50 pounds.\nSelf-motivated and work with minimal supervision.\nGood math and analytical skills.
