At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.\nWHO YOU ARE\nWe’re looking for a well-rounded Brand Designer to join our Brand Design team, reporting into the Sr Manager, Corporate Design. You’ll help define and refine Snowflake’s visual foundations by developing core brand assets and templates that inform and evolve our design system and guidelines. You will also develop creative concepts and design for priority content marketing initiatives, including eBooks and related integrated marketing campaign assets, and contribute to executive, product launch and strategic presentations.\nYou bring strong conceptual design, typography, layout and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex content into clear, compelling design. You are a systems thinker at heart and enjoy exploring new ideas and translating them into practical, scalable systems. You can manage your projects, collaborate with internal and external partners and explain your design thinking with clarity and confidence. You bring strong attention to detail and craft to your work.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDevelop and refine Snowflake’s visual brand foundations, including but not limited to typography, photography, graphics, diagrams and data visualization\n\nCreate, evolve and expand core brand assets, foundational templates and toolkits that help internal teams and external partners apply the brand consistently\n\nHelp develop brand guidelines through design exploration, clear usage principles and application examples\n\nDevelop creative concepts and design for priority content marketing initiatives and programs, including eBooks and related promo assets\n\nDesign executive, product launch and strategic presentations, including Tier1 keynotes\n\nCollaborate with marketing, producers, production, content, motion and video teams to ensure cohesive brand expression and high-quality design outputs.\n\nManage multiple design projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.\n\nAI-Native Processes: Using Snowflake agentic AI products (CoCo, CoWork) conceptualize and build improvements and innovations within our workflows,\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING\n\n7-10 years of brand/graphic design experience, ideally in mid-to-large tech and creative agency environments\n\nMastery of and continued learning for industry-standard applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides\n\nStrong conceptual design skills and a portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, visual storytelling and consistent brand application\n\nStrong understanding and experience in developing and working within evolving brand systems\n\nSystems-thinking with a collaborative and open mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-volume and fast-paced environment\n\nTechnical expertise preparing deliverables for digital and print\n\nAbility to advocate for the work, including brief-building with stakeholders to define a project’s parameters, thoughtful discovery and problem-solving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present work to diverse stakeholders\n\nA portfolio demonstrating strong concepts, exceptional craft and versatility across brand systems, digital and print content, and presentations, with clarity on your role in each project\n\nNatural curiosity around AI tools and processes - you want to jump in to conceptualize and build AI processes that support creative exploration, accelerate workflows, and push visual innovation\n\nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION\nProven impact at scale-ideally a mix of mid-to-large tech and creative agency experience\n\nBonus points for basic animation skills (Figma animation, etc.)\n\nExperience designing executive keynote presentations\n\nBachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)\n\nLET’S DO THIS!\nThe Snowflake Brand & Creative team is a tight-knit, dynamic group of creators and makers who are responsible for shaping the future of the Snowflake brand.
