At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and adoption initiatives for the Snowflake platform. You will own and execute campaigns that include: thought-leadership, virtual events/webinars, virtual labs, web experiences and more; and deliver tailored marketing messages to key personas, in alignment with business objectives.\nYou will own integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end: driving strategy, execution, and optimization to maximize growth in alignment with EMEA strategic business priorities. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Product Marketing, ABM, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field Marketing and Sales Development to deliver high-impact programs.\nThis role lands well for an AI-native, results-oriented marketer who thinks big and uses data-driven insights to shape the future of growth marketing at Snowflake.\nThis role is based out of Snowflake’s London office.\nWhat you’ll do:\nIntegrated Marketing Campaign Ownership: Own and lead EMEA Demand Generation Plan for the Snowflake Platform product areas from awareness to pipeline. Build campaigns that attract our target ICP and convert prospect interest into qualified meetings and sales opportunities.\n\nCampaign Management: Execute and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including webinars and hands-on labs, email marketing, content marketing, social media and paid advertising\n\nReporting and Performance Analysis: Use performance data and marketing insights to optimize channel mix, conversion rates, and ROI.\n\nImplement structured testing methodologies to increase the demand generation processes and impact. Share insights to guide Growth Marketing best practices and develop new ways to accelerate the team’s results.\n\nWhat you’ll have:\nMinimum 3-5 years developing & executing integrated marketing campaigns.\n\nExperience in planning, promoting, and executing high-impact webinars tailored to enterprise prospects, including collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure relevant content and audience engagement.\n\nStrong project management and hands-on execution skills, with a focus on metrics and details driven accuracy.\n\nAbility to craft compelling and persuasive content for a variety of formats including emails, landing pages, ad copy, and thought leadership content.\n\nHighly collaborative, with a natural ability to align multiple marketing, product and sales functions and global/regional stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\n\nExpertise in data storytelling and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience.\n\nExperience with martech tools for running campaigns (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, AEM)\n\nExperience implementing AI capabilities for demand generation workflows, that accelerate conversion and unlock new growth opportunities.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with B2B SaaS marketing\n\nSnowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
