Sales team’s Mission ?
営業チームは様々なインターナルチームやパートナー様と協業しながら、お客様にSnowflakeの価値や魅力を伝えていくと共に、長期的なデータ戦略のアドバイザーとして活動しております。

The Impact You will Make
Snowflake製品のエキスパートになり、ディスカバリーコール、カスタマイズデモ、見込み顧客へのプレゼンテーションを実施する。
お客様の既存および将来のITロードマップを理解することで、信頼できるアドバイザーとなり、Snowflakeのソリューションを市場内で推進する。
見込み客の認定、新規顧客の開拓、継続的な既存顧客の開拓。
担当アカウントの販売機会の獲得及び導入、拡大、深耕。
ターゲットとなる見込み客リストとアカウントプランを用いて、営業戦略を策定し、四半期および年次ベースで、割り当てられたアカウント／テリトリーにおける売上目標達成を達成する。
CxO、ITエグゼクティブ、LOBエグゼクティブ、および他の主要なステークホルダーと密接な関係を築き、信頼を構築。
セールス エンジニアリング、プロフェッショナル サービス、マーケティング、パートナーを含むクロスファンクショナル・チームと緊密に連携する。
Who You Are
エンタープライズまたはB2Bソフトウェア営業の経験を持ち、新規開拓と既存深耕の両方に強みがある方。
担当テリトリーを主体的にマネジメントし、優先順位をつけながら自律的に動ける方。
顧客の課題を捉え、社内の関係者を巻き込みながら案件を前に進められる方。
アカウントプランニング、パイプラインマネジメント、顧客との関係構築を通じて成果創出できる方。
