At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.\nSnowflake is seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager/Director to join our dynamic France team. This role is focused on developing and managing our relationships with key channel partners and resellers across France. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling channel partnerships in the SaaS or data platform space, with a deep understanding of the French reseller ecosystem (SEC, Orange Business Services & Software One). You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through our partners, enabling them on Snowflake's Data Cloud platform, and ensuring our joint success.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for key UK resellers. Build, maintain, and manage relationships with new and existing partners.\n\nRevenue Generation: Drive sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets through your assigned partners. Co-sell with partners and the Snowflake direct sales team to close opportunities.\n\nPartner Enablement: Lead the enablement and training of resell partners to ensure they are proficient in selling and supporting Snowflake's solutions. This includes technical, sales, and marketing enablement.\n\nGo-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with resell partners to develop joint GTM plans, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Snowflake's internal teams (including direct sales, marketing, solution architects, and leadership) to align on channel strategy and execution.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in channel sales & partner management, within the enterprise software, cloud, or data industry.\n\nUK Reseller Ecosystem: Demonstrable experience and existing relationships with key UK technology resellers and systems integrators (e.g., VARs, SIs, MSPs).\n\nSales Acumen: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue through a partner-led model.\n\nAptitude: Understanding of data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), analytics, and AI/ML is highly preferred.\n\nFrench: Fluency or Native French will be required.\n\nSelf-Starter: Ability to operate independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nSnowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
