As the Senior Product Manager for Horizontal UI Experiences, you will improve the quality, speed, consistency, and reach of Snowflake’s UI experience across the workflows and shared UI capabilities customers rely on every day.\nYou will own a focused, cross-product charter spanning core customer journeys, UI platform components, design systems, performance, accessibility, and global readiness. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, and product teams to turn customer needs into a clear roadmap and measurable improvements.\nAS A SENIOR PM AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:\nOwn the product strategy and roadmap for horizontal UI experiences, balancing customer needs, product quality, technical constraints, and business impact.\n\nImprove end-to-end experiences across login and authentication, the homepage, and core customer journeys.\n\nPartner with design and engineering to evolve shared UI capabilities, including the design system and personalization, so experiences feel coherent across products.\n\nDrive improvements to performance and product latency, working with engineering teams to identify the highest-impact opportunities and measure progress.\n\nMake Snowflake work for more customers by advancing accessibility, localization, URL readiness, and support for additional regions.\n\nBuild a strong understanding of customer friction through research, usage data, customer feedback, and cross-functional input.\n\nDefine success measures, establish baselines, and use evidence to prioritize work and assess whether changes improve customer experience.\n\nCreate alignment across partner product teams and functions, making ownership, trade-offs, and decisions clear.\n\nOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:\n4+ years of product management experience owning and delivering customer-facing software products or substantial product areas.\n\nA track record of turning customer problems into a focused product strategy, roadmap, and shipped outcomes.\n\nStrong product judgment for end-to-end workflows, usability, and consistent experiences across multiple surfaces.\n\nComfort using qualitative and quantitative evidence to prioritize opportunities and measure impact.\n\nThe ability to partner effectively with engineering and design on technically complex product areas, and to communicate trade-offs clearly.\n\nExperience influencing multiple teams and stakeholders without relying on direct authority.\n\nClear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain decisions and bring teams along.\n\nBONUS POINTS:\nEnterprise SaaS, data platforms, or complex multi-product environments.\n\nShared UI platforms, design systems, or horizontal product experiences.\n\nProduct work involving performance and latency, authentication, accessibility, localization, or regional availability.\n\nWHY JOIN OUR TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?\nYou’ll work on product experiences that cut across Snowflake and matter to customers throughout their day-to-day use of Snowflake.
