Our Solution Architects are comfortable with change and live on the cutting edge of data and AI.\nAS A SNOWFLAKE SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT YOU WILL :\nCustomer Engagement & Advisory\nDirectly engage with customers individually or as part of a technical delivery team as a trusted advisor for thought leadership and solution approaches\n\nExtract business requirements from customers and translate them into a well-architected recommendation\n\nDevelop and provide forward-looking guidance and future-state roadmaps\n\nLeverage known best practices and solutions to reduce risk to customer implementations\n\nCollaborate with Snowflake “Go to Market” teams and product teams to ensure customer alignment to Snowflake goals\n\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture\nOversee and advise on the implementation of the customer’s Snowflake platform\n\nDemonstrate technical leadership through personally developed code, solution architectures, and implementation recommendations\n\nAI/ML Solutions & ML Ops\nDesign, prototype, and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions on the Snowflake platform, ensuring scalability and performance\n\nProvide customers with standard practices and advice related to AI/ML workloads in Snowflake\n\nDefine and advise on MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) standard practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance within the customer’s Snowflake environment\n\nProduct Adoption\nDrive the adoption of Snowflake’s AI product suite (e.g., Cortex, Streamlit in Snowflake, Snowflake Intelligence) within customer solutions\n\nExperience replatforming AI/ML workloads to Snowflake in line with business and operational requirements\n\nCoach and guide customers on how to best leverage Snowflake’s AI product suite to unlock new business value\n\nTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR A SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT WILL HAVE :\nBA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent practical experience\n\n3 years of technical consulting experience\n\nExperience in a lead role for analytics projects for large enterprises\n\nExperience implementing and operating Snowflake centric solutions\n\nUnderstanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow, from ETL to data platform design to BI and analytics tools\n\nDeep understanding of the complete AI/ML lifecycle, from data preparation and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and ongoing monitoring\n\nFamiliarity with AI/ML and Transformation technologies\n\nHands-on experience with modern MLOps tools and frameworks for deploying, managing, and governing machine learning models at scale\n\nProven experience with developing generative AI and LLM use cases\n\nFamiliarity with industry common BI and ETL solutions\n\nHands-on experience in a technical role leveraging SQL and Python (optionally Java or Spark) to build, operate and maintain data analytics solutions\n\nExtensive knowledge of and experience with large-scale database technology (e.g. Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum, etc.)\n\nProficiency in implementing data security measures, access controls, and design specifically within the Snowflake platform\n\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering techniques\n\nAS A BONUS, A STRONG CANDIDATE WILL ADDITIONALLY HAVE :\nHands-on experience or significant familiarity with building and managing AI/ML workloads\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a solutions architect, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer\n\nExperience in the services organization of a product company\n\nExperience in a leadership position executing technical projects\n\nApplication Development experience\n\nAWS, Google or Microsoft Cloud certification(s)\n\nSnowflake Snowpro Advanced Certification(s)\n\nSnowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
