Bonus points if you've shipped mobile experiences leveraging AI.\n\nDemonstrated track record of leading large or very complex projects that span multiple teams, with a clear pattern of driving them to successful outcomes.\n\nDeep understanding of modern web application architecture, good API design patterns, security, performance, and scale - and the ability to make principled trade-offs across them.\n\nExpertise in at least one significant area of a complex product, with broad enough technical range to contribute meaningfully outside your primary area when needed.\n\nStrong, demonstrated technical leadership: comfort with ambiguity, using data and analysis to drive decisions and build consensus, and proactively identifying and solving problems with limited oversight.\n\nA track record of developing expertise in others - mentoring senior and junior engineers, leveling up teams, and being the kind of teammate people seek out for hard problems.\n\nStrong written, verbal, and technical communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design.\n\nKnowledge of data development tools, data infrastructure, or ML is a plus.\n\nYou go to work everyday striving to be the very best you can be.
