Our ‘get it done’ culture allows everyone at Snowflake to have an equal opportunity to innovate on new ideas, create work with a lasting impact, and excel in a culture of collaboration.\n AS A SENIOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL:\nBe responsible for defining and delivering important programs with broad organizational, business and technical impact.\n\nProvide cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Product Management, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.\n\nBring strong, data-driven and strategic technical judgment to decisions.\n\nBe hands-on, working closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to design, build, and deliver the next generation of Snowflake services and apps.\n\nAmplify your impact by educating and mentoring the TPM and Engineering communities on program management best practices.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve execution of the organization as a whole, to increase engineering productivity through tools and light-weight processes. (Snowflake happens to have a nice data platform to use :-)\n\nA SENIOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE IS EXPECTED TO HAVE:\n5+ years of demonstrated industry experience and expertise leading medium to large complex engineering projects in current cloud technologies\n\nAbility to thrive and succeed in a dynamic environment not slowed down by ambiguity or competing priorities\n\nExperience working cross functionally with engineering, product management, and other functions involved in the product life cycle\n\nStrong program management skills with technical and business acumen\n\nEffective verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills\n\nBS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience (e.g. familiarity with SQL, Python, Data)\n\nSnowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
