Due to continued success, we are currently on the lookout for an Internal Preparation Centre Technician to join our Snows Vauxhall dealership inBasingstoke.\nYour day\nAs an Internal Preparation Centre Technician, you will ensure all new and used vehicles are prepared within the agreed 3-day timescale and to the guidelines set by the manufacturers.\nYour day will include:\nTo ensure all new and used vehicles are prepared within the agreed 3-day timescale.\nTo ensure the prepare guidelines set by the manufacturer are adhered to.\nTo ensure the correct documentation is completed fully on all internal work.\nTo ensure an EVHC is completed on all used vehicles and when appropriate add a Cit-now video for clarity.\nTo ensure all Vehicle Campaigns and Delivery Stops have been completed in accordance with the Brand requirements.\nTo ensure all cars are valeted and the relevant paint protection aids have been applied.\nTo ensure all purchased cars arriving on site are received and damaged checked in accordance with guidelines. \nTo ensure all stored cars are secure and the keys are kept safely secure within a locked key cabinet.\nTo ensure vehicle movement and correct storage is maintained to optimise efficiency and operational performance.\nTo ensure that their immediate working environment is kept clean and devoid of any working practice which may be hazardous to either themselves or others.\nTo ensure protective clothing and equipment supplied by the Company will be worn or used as and when appropriate.\nTo guarantee handling of waste products and hazardous materials must be carried out as per company policies and C.O.S.H.H. regulations.\nThe Preparation Centre Technician may also be asked from time to time to carry out other tasks not outlined above.\nHave you got what it takes?\nAble to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.\nUnderstand and comply with Group compliance/policies\nGood listener.\nAble to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.\nStrong work ethic and adaptable to change.\nAttention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.\nAbility to work to tight deadlines to achieve the business needs.\nAble to react positively to organisational and market changes.\nWhat is in it for you?\nFull training and support to help you immerse yourself in the role and Snows values\n30 days holiday, inc.
