The Master Technician will oversee a variety of workshop work in an efficient and safe manner helping to coordinate the other Technicians in the team. Customer experience and colleague happiness is at the heart of our business, and we ensure that this focus is applied to everything that we do.\nResponsibilities\nCarries out vehicle services and repairs in accordance with brand technical standards.\nWorks in accordance with brand and dealership processes.\nLiaises directly with customers where appropriate.\nProvides support to less experienced colleagues.\nAttends regular training to update technical skills.\nWorks as a full member of the workshop and dealership teams.\nIt is the responsibility of the technician to ensure that their immediate working environment is kept clean and devoid of any working practice which may be hazardous to either themselves or others.\nProtective clothing and equipment supplied by the Company will be worn or used as and when appropriate.\nHandling of waste products and hazardous materials must be carried out as per company policies and C.O.S.H.H. regulations.\nLCV Technicians may also be asked from time to time to carry out other tasks not outlined above.
