We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by delivering an exceptional level of service to both our customers and manufacturing partners.\nSnows BMW dealerships based in Portsmouth are looking for energetic and focused individuals who want to learn how to become a successful Sales Executive. All the necessary training and development to become a successful Sales Executive will be given and the Sales Associate role will be managed by the Sales Manager who will carry out regular reviews to ensure progression during the 6-month development period.\nYour day\nAs a Sales Associate your day will include:\nTalking and listening to customers to build rapport, understanding their requirements, and qualifying own understanding through discussion and gauging customers reactions.\nDemonstrating the most suitable options to the customer, understanding, and adapting to their buying strategy and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.\nAgreeing the price and payment method and any finance arrangements with the customer direct, working within company guidelines.\nPositively participating in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.\nLiaising with Sales Administration to ensure product availability fits with customer's expectations, places the order, updates customer records and schedules any complementary Services/additional work to be completed on the vehicle before the delivery date.\nEnsuring that each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check the customer is happy.
