The aim is to meet customer requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and productivity.\nYour day will include:\nCarrying out vehicle services and repairs in accordance with brand technical standards.\nWorking in accordance with brand and dealership processes.\nLiaising directly with customers where appropriate.\nProviding support to less experienced colleagues.\nAttending regular training to update technical skills.\nEnsuring that the immediate working environment is kept clean and devoid of any working practice which may be hazardous to either themselves or others.\nHave you got what it takes?\nRelevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ accreditation\nPrevious work experience in a franchise dealership\nHighly skilled in fault diagnosis and hold the relevant MOT Tester qualification.\nAbility to work as part of a team.\nCommitment to delivering first class customer service.\nAble to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.\nWhat is in it for you?\nHighly competitive salary and bonus scheme.\nFull training and support to help you immerse yourself in the role and Snows values.\n30 days holiday, inc.
