You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that empower our internal operations and drive business value.\nYou’ll Spend Your Time:\nBuilding and maintaining internal AI systems: Develop and maintain software pipelines for training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning and Gen. AI projects used for various internal tasks (e.g., knowledge management, data analysis, process automation, decision support).\n\nOptimizing AI infrastructure: Collaborate on optimizing our AI infrastructure for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.\n\nPerforming data integration and engineering: Ensure seamless data flow for AI projects by integrating data from various sources and performing necessary cleaning and transformation.\n\nCollaborating with internal stakeholders: Partner closely with data scientists and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in software development\n\nProficiency in programming languages especially Python\n\nExperience building full stack applications and owning the end to end delivery\n\nExperience with deploying applications to cloud platforms ( eg GCP ) and Kubernetes\n\nExperience with generative AI concepts, frameworks and models ( eg.
