Security stops being a queue of work waiting for people, and becomes a coordinated workforce companies direct and trust.\nJob Summary\nSnyk is hiring an Implementation Consultant to guide enterprise customers through post-sales onboarding, taking them from signed contract to a working application security program. You will deliver implementation engagements for a defined set of customers, working with development and security teams to deploy the Snyk platform across their SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical work with project delivery: you are the person customers rely on to get Snyk set up correctly and in use by their teams.\nAbout the Team\nThe Customer Solutions team owns the technical success of Snyk's customers after the deal closes, from first onboarding session through full platform adoption. Implementation Consultants work alongside Technical Success, Support, Sales, and Product to turn a customer's security goals into a deployed, measurable program. As Snyk's install base continues to grow, this team is expanding to keep delivering a world-class onboarding experience at scale.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDeliver customer implementations from kick-off through closure, following Snyk's onboarding methodology and keeping scope, schedule, and risk on track.\n\nManage a portfolio of onboarding engagements at the same time, with guidance from senior consultants and your manager on complex or unfamiliar situations.\n\nWork with development and security teams at customer organizations to configure a Snyk rollout that fits their SDLC, CI/CD tooling, and cloud environment.\n\nRun project kick-offs, working sessions, and regular status reviews, keeping customer stakeholders informed on progress, dependencies, and open issues.\n\nCapture customer technical requirements and relay them to Snyk's internal teams, and explain Snyk's platform capabilities in terms a customer's engineers can act on.\n\nUse and contribute to Snyk's onboarding playbooks, templates, and technical assets so that each implementation is consistent and repeatable.\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to resolve blockers and help customers reach value faster.\n\nTroubleshoot integration and configuration issues hands-on across source control, CI/CD, container, and cloud environments.\n\nShow customer teams how to apply developer-first security practices so adoption continues after the engagement ends.\n\nShare recurring issues and feedback from the field with product and enablement teams.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\n3+ years in technical consulting, professional services, or another customer-facing technical role, including hands-on SaaS software implementation.\n\nWorking knowledge of the SDLC and modern DevOps methodologies, and an understanding of where security fits into both.\n\nHands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (for example Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes).\n\nExperience managing multiple customer projects at once and delivering them on schedule.\n\nThe ability to explain technical topics clearly to audiences ranging from individual developers to security and engineering managers.\n\nGenuine interest in application security and belief that a developer-first approach is the right way to solve it.\n\nConsultative aptitude for bringing people, technology, and process together, with strong relationship-building and project management skills.\n\nWorking fluency with AI-assisted tools (Claude, Gemini, or similar) and comfort with how AI-generated code is changing what customers need to secure.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication, plus an organized and disciplined approach to problem solving.\n\nNice to have: proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or another modern language.\n\nNice to have: prior experience as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical account manager for AppSec, CI, or DevSecOps products.\n\nNice to have: a security certification such as CISSP, CSSLP, or CEH.\n\nNice to have: a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.\n\nNice to have: a Computer Science degree or equivalent programming background, and exposure to enterprise-scale web technologies and microservices.\n\nAbout Snyk\nSnyk is committed to creating an inclusive and engaging environment where our employees can thrive as we rally behind our common mission to make the digital world a safer place.
