You’ll be the advisor who turns \"security\" from a blocker into an enabler, guiding engineering and security teams through their DevSecOps journey.\nIf you are passionate about helping customers navigate change and unlocking business value through data-driven analysis, this is a great opportunity to grow your career at the intersection of technology and customer success.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDrive adoption and value realization for a portfolio of enterprise customers across their Application Security workflows.\n\nBuild and foster trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer engineering and security teams to support adoption and retention.\n\nDeliver structured onboarding programs that help customers achieve their security program goals using Snyk’s suite of products.\n\nAdvocate internally for customer needs, partnering with Product, Sales, and Support to flag risks and inform roadmap feedback.\n\nPrepare and help facilitate business review meetings (QBRs), using data to demonstrate ROI and surface expansion opportunities.\n\nCoordinate internal and external resources to remove barriers to adoption and resolve technical challenges.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, engaging with both practitioners and stakeholders to solve business problems with advanced technologies.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code).\n\nExperience supporting technical or engineering initiatives, with strong problem-solving and business case skills.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, handle objections, and influence stakeholders from end-users to managers.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.\n\nIt’d Be Awesome If You Also…\nHave a developer background, coding experience, or deep familiarity with modern DevOps environments.\n\nHave experience supporting technical transformation or change management projects.\n\nHave a history of problem-solving and innovation in developing technology programs.\n\nPossess a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience.\n\nEnjoy translating complex technical wins into clear business value-you love a good success story!\n\nWe care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity - we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech.
