This value set is the secret behind our incredible growth, amazing team, and why the future looks even better.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nComplies with established job safety practices, policies and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of the work assignment.\n\nSupports and follows the guidelines of the food safety system\n\nResponsible for packaging daily sample shipments to customers\n\nOperates forklift during routine performance of duties.\n\nAssist in unloading, receiving, and inspecting materials as needed\n\nStages raw materials, scrap, packaging materials, chemicals, and other supplies\n\nResponsible for replenishing supplies in assigned areas\n\nResponsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the warehouse/cooler\n\nAssist Cooler Supervisor in staging raw materials in the production staging area\n\nAssist Cooler Supervisor ensuring finished goods are properly documented for shipment\n\nStages and loads finished goods and materials in accordance with warehouse and production planning schedule\n\nConducts inspection of and routine preventative maintenance on assigned equipment\n\nCommunicates to management any machine malfunctions or any other issues\n\nPerforms record keeping duties as required under the direction of management\n\nUnderstands and upholds B Corp principles which consider all stakeholder groups: community, customers, environment, governance and workers.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma or Education Equivalency Required\n\nWarehouse experience for 1 year minimum.\n\nWorking knowledge of the following areas: forklift maintenance and operation; rules and regulations for handling batteries; nomenclature of assigned equipment\n\nPerforms such individual assignments as management may direct.\n\nMust follow company policies, procedures, practices, and standards of conduct\n\nAbility to pass an approved forklift test.\n\nThe physical and mental demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.\nManufacturing Environment:\nWork is performed in a manufacturing plant.
