You’ll be responsible for developing, testing and scaling high-performing creative that delivers measurable results across Meta and TikTok.\nYou’ll work closely with designers, producers, media buyers and account managers to ensure creative output is strategically sound, performance-driven and executed to a high standard.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn and develop performance creative strategies across multiple client accounts on Meta and TikTok.\nTurn creative performance data into clear insights, recommendations and testing opportunities.\nLead concepting, scripting and briefing for UGC and paid social assets.\nWrite clear, high-quality creative briefs for creators and internal production teams.\nBuild and manage structured creative testing roadmaps across accounts.\nCollaborate closely with account managers to ensure alignment between strategy, delivery and client goals.\nStay ahead of trends, hooks, formats and platform updates to inform creative direction.\nLead or contribute to client reporting, presenting creative insights and strategic recommendations.\nManage multiple accounts with strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.\nYou’ll Thrive Here If You Have:\nExperience in paid social, creative strategy, content or performance marketing (agency experience a plus).\nStrong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems.\nProven ability to analyse performance data and translate it into creative decisions.\nExcellent written communication and briefing skills.\nA proactive, ownership-driven mindset.\nA strong interest in buyer psychology, storytelling and conversion-driven content.\nThe ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.\nWho You Are (Mindset & Attitude):\nYou take ownership and accountability for results\nYou’re strategic, but also hands-on and execution-focused\nYou care about performance over vanity metrics\nYou’re collaborative and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams\nYou think critically about performance and process, and confidently challenging both your own work and our ways of working to push outcomes further.\nYou’re curious, with a genuine passion for the eCommerce space -
