Culture, training, and professional development are at the heart of who we are, offering you structured training and clear progression into higher seats across the agency.\nThe Opportunity:\nWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Post Production Manager to lead and optimise our post-production process across a growing team of remote editors. You’ll ensure every asset that leaves the studio meets our creative, performance, and delivery standards - balancing speed, consistency, and quality.\nThis is a pivotal role for the agency. You’ll keep the post-production team running efficiently day-to-day while also supporting the structure and culture that will scale as we grow. You’ll manage workflows, priorities, and people with clarity, helping the team stay aligned with creative KPIs, deadlines, and client outcomes.\nYou’ll also play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities, from adopting AI-driven tools to supporting the recruitment and development of new post-production talent.
