We are dedicated to developing and delivering innovative therapies to improve the lives of people who live with a rare disease.\nOur edge comes from our team of people and our commitment to patients.\n The purpose of the role is to develop and build the Sobi rare business in Nephrology in the Czech Republic by implementing local strategy.\nThis KAM position has a geographical scope covering the whole Czech Republic.\nTaking ownership of customer networking and managing ongoing key stakeholder relationships\nFull responsibility for assigned products and achieving challenging revenue targets and sales objectives\nSpending 80% of work time in the field supporting business activities and interacting with key customers and stakeholders\nParticipating on local and international congresses\nComplying with SOBI CRM and other systems\nCollecting, archiving & reporting data about field activities and applying the key-account principles in CRM\nDelivering the overall marketing strategy, ensuring local customers’ needs and market requirements Delivering the tactical implementation of the SOBI global business plan managed through the production and execution of a business plan, including any required local strategy or tactical variations.\nEfficiently managing and allocating assigned resources\nParticipating in assigned HQ project groups and working in support of the SOBI global business plans\nProviding feedback about the local market requirements and competitor activities\nParticipating in the planning process and providing inputs for the planning regarding assigned products\nEnsuring ongoing completion of all required initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies, and adherence to those regulations and policies\nPerforming according to GxP (GCP, GVP, HCC)\nReporting to CM and management in accordance with SOBI requirements and standards\nParticipating in relevant regular tele-conferences and meetings\n University degree level education\nMinimum 5 years of KAM experience in an innovative pharmaceutical company, including at least 2 years in nephrology or rare diseases\nIndependence, an active approach to finding new opportunities, and the ability to collaborate openly\nNative Czech language and ability to communicate effectively in English\nMulti stakeholder project management experience, delivering results on time and within budget\nFlexibility, ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty\nKey customer relationship management experience\nGreat negotiation skills\nAbility to identify and analyze business opportunities\nAbility to think out-of-the-box\nExperience with a CRM System\nGood command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PP and Outlook)\nDriving license gr.
