You will work across several products, each with its own infrastructure: modern Kubernetes-based environments, Windows/Hyper-V systems, and cloud and hybrid setups on AWS, Azure and GCP.\nYour main tasks will be:\nDesigning, building and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI/CD\nSupporting and improving infrastructure across multiple products: on-premise, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid\nDeveloping and refactoring internal platform tools and services in Go, including a next-generation replacement for our current deployment system\nInvestigating existing infrastructure on your own, finding weak spots and proposing and driving improvements\nMaking stage and ephemeral environments faster, more reliable and cheaper to run\nManaging infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible\nImproving observability with Grafana, OpenSearch, metrics and alerting\nHandling operational and support tasks, which are shared across the whole team, seniors included\nWorking closely with R&D, QA, SRE and infrastructure teams to improve developer experience and delivery speed\nWe expect from you:\n3-5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering at a senior level\nReal hands-on experience deploying and supporting on-premise infrastructure, including troubleshooting at the hardware and infrastructure level\nPractical experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP)\nRecent production experience with Go: building real tools, exporters, automation or backend services, not just scripts\nStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes\nSolid experience with GitLab CI/CD\nStrong Linux administration skills\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)\nExperience with observability tools: Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics\nReadiness to work with legacy systems and Windows environments (Windows Server, Hyper-V, PowerShell) as well as modern stacks\nA strong ownership mindset: you take initiatives from start to finish and deliver measurable results\nSelf-driven problem solving: you dig into unfamiliar systems on your own instead of waiting for step-by-step guidance\nSystems thinking: you see the full path from code to production and can spot bottlenecks\nClear, pragmatic communication, and the ability to deliver iteratively without overengineering\nA collaborative attitude, with low ego and high accountability\nWill be a plus:\nExperience with several cloud providers or hybrid infrastructure\nExperience with Helm / Helmfile\nExperience with VMware or other virtualization platforms\nStrong networking fundamentals\nExperience with internal developer platforms (IDP)\nBasic frontend skills (JavaScript / React) for internal tools\nWhat do we offer:\nREMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;\nThe initial pay level orpay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;\nVacation 28 calendar days per year;\n7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;\nBonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;\n50%payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;\nCorporate discount for English lessons;\nHealth benefits.
