The codebase already spans millions of lines, with complex components and integrations, and the product works with real money. Ensuring its reliability is a challenge no textbook covers yet. That's why we need someone to own it.\nThis is an individual contributor role in a flat team, with no people management. Your leverage comes from processes, automation and AI agents, not team size.\nYour main tasks will be:\nDesign and build the end-to-end testing pipeline for a product largely written by AI agents: pre-merge checks, nightly test runs, release and production gates;\nDefine the quality strategy for AI-generated code: where risks are highest, what coverage is needed, and how to keep it sustainable at scale;\nSet up continuous automated UI testing across browsers and mobile devices, including AI-agent-driven testing; evaluate, choose and integrate external tools and services;\nOwn product reliability from a technical perspective, with special focus on critical financial flows;\nWork closely with engineers and DevOps to embed quality into the development process and find the right trade-offs between speed and safety;\nUse AI agents daily to create, maintain and evolve tests and testing tooling;\nDrive quality initiatives proactively and share best practices with the team.\nWe expect from you:\nProven experience building and owning testing processes in large, complex products with high reliability requirements, as a QA Architect, senior QA/SDET, or a senior engineer responsible for testing strategy;\nStrong engineering background: understanding of system architecture, backend services, CI/CD and deployment processes;\nHands-on experience with test automation and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines;\nDaily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) as a core part of your work, and genuine interest in AI-first development;\nHigh autonomy and ownership: ability to take loosely defined problems, propose solutions and drive them to completion without detailed specs;\nWillingness to work as a hands-on individual contributor in a small senior team.\nFluent Russian\nWhat do we offer:\nREMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;\nThe initial pay level orpay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;\nVacation 28 calendar days per year;\n7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;\nBonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;\n50%payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;\nCorporate discount for English lessons;\nHealth benefits.
