Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.\nWe’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024-2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).\nYour main tasks will be:\nOwn product features end-to-end, from a one-line problem statement to production\nReach out to external partners and providers yourself: get sandbox access and documentation, and agree on integration details\nWrite product and technical specifications together with AI agents, and take full responsibility for every line of them\nDelegate development to AI agents and critically review and accept their output in a large codebase with complex components and integrations; you won't be writing code by hand\nTest the features you deliver and ensure the reliability of code that handles financial transactions\nWork as an equal member of the team and help evolve our AI-first development process\nWe expect from you:\nSenior-level engineering background with experience owning a complex production system end-to-end: architecture, reliability, deployment and integrations (backend engineer or software architect)\nAI agents (Claude Code, Codex or similar) as your primary daily development tool, and a habit of keeping up with how agentic development evolves\nStrong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset: you figure out on your own what needs to be done and drive tasks to results without detailed specifications\nA critical eye for AI-generated work: you quickly dig into agents' output, catch errors and choose the best solution\nA focus on hands-on product work as an individual contributor; this role does not involve managing a team\nWhat do we offer:\nREMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;\nThe initial pay level orpay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;\nVacation 28 calendar days per year;\n7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;\nBonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;\n50%payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;\nCorporate discount for English lessons;\nHealth benefits.
