Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.\nWe’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024-2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).\nWe are looking for a Project Manager (IT / Software Delivery) to coordinate and run software projects day to day, working closely with the Lead Project Manager and teams across Product, Engineering, QA and Business.\nYour main tasks will be:\nCoordinating projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and execution to release and closure\nKeeping project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery trackers accurate and up to date in Jira\nCoordinating day-to-day work across Product, Engineering, QA, Business and other stakeholders\nTracking deliverables and action items, following up with owners, and flagging delays and blockers early\nFacilitating project meetings: preparing agendas and materials, recording decisions and action items, and following up on them\nPreparing project status updates, dashboards and management reports\nIdentifying and tracking risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, maintaining the RAID log, and escalating delivery risks\nTracking scope changes and documenting their impact on timelines, resources and commitments\nMaintaining project documentation, decision logs and action trackers\nMonitoring performance against milestones and key delivery metrics (delivery predictability, time to market)\nHelping maintain project governance and agreed delivery processes\nWe expect from you:\n2-3 years of experience in IT project management or delivery, on software, mobile or web projects\nExperience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business)\nStrong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence\nSolid skills in project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and scope and change management\nExperience with release planning, progress monitoring, issue resolution and escalation\nExperience managing risks and dependencies, plus delivery reporting and KPI tracking\nGood understanding of the SDLC, QA, UAT and production deployment processes\nBasic skills in effort estimation, capacity tracking and delivery forecasting\nClear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nStrong organization, attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-ups\nProblem-solving skills, adaptability and comfort with shifting priorities\nAbility to build good working relationships and align competing stakeholder expectations\nWhat do we offer:\nREMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;\nThe initial pay level orpay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;\nVacation 28 calendar days per year;\n7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;\nBonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;\n50%payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;\nCorporate discount for English lessons;\nHealth benefits.
