Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.\nWe’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024-2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).\nWe are looking for an Senior Content Manager.\nYour main tasks will be:\nEditing text datasets used to train our conversational AI\nWriting new text datasets from scratch\nTesting new versions of the bot, evaluating its responses, and giving clear feedback on errors\nLabeling and annotating data for model training\nCreating additional creative content as needed\nKeeping a high pace: editing and creating around 100 content units per hour without losing quality\nWe expect from you:\nExperience as a Data Annotator, AI Trainer, Editor, Copywriter, or Writer (erotic fiction, interactive stories)\nStrong text skills: writing and editing\nExperience in the adult industry (OFM, cam platforms, erotic content, etc.) is required\nHands-on experience with bots and LLMs (writing datasets, testing, evaluating responses, prompting) is required\nEnglish at C1 level or higher\nA deep understanding of the adult audience: what works in chat, and how flirting, escalation, and retention play out\nExperience editing data, building training datasets, and labeling them\nThe ability to set standards yourself: guidelines for style, tone, and level of explicitness, plus quality criteria\nThe ability to diagnose bot issues from test results (dataset, prompt, or model) and propose a fix\nComplete comfort with explicit content\nStrong attention to detail, especially in labeling and testing\nEmpathy and an understanding of user psychology: what hooks people and keeps them in a conversation\nThe ability to handle long, repetitive work while keeping quality high\nThe ability to give clear, precise feedback on bot errors\nNice to have:\nExperience writing guidelines for labeling and editing\nSpanish or French\nWhat do we offer:\nREMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;\nThe initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;\nVacation 28 calendar days per year;\n7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;\nBonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;\n50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;\nCorporate discount for English lessons;\nHealth benefits.
