Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.\nWe’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024-2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).\nWe are looking for a Senior .NET Developer (Fintech).\nYour main tasks will be:\nDevelop and maintain backend services for payment processing and the back office: reconciliation, payouts, fee calculation, settlements and the B2B client dashboard;\nBuild resilient integrations and asynchronous workflows (idempotency, outbox/inbox, sagas, retries, deduplication);\nMeet performance and reliability targets (p95/p99 latency, SLA/SLO), set up monitoring and alerting;\nDeliver tasks with AI agents, validate the generated code, add tests and fix defects;\nReview code, keep specifications up to date and share knowledge with the team.\nWe expect from you:\n5+ years of commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core;\nExperience designing microservices;\nHands-on experience with Azure, Docker, AKS, MS SQL Server, MongoDB and Cosmos DB;\nReal experience delivering tasks with AI tools or agents from task definition to a working result.
