You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, and your work will help shape our go-to-market strategy across key industries.\nYou’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to ensure we're targeting the right people, with the right message, at the right time.\nYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities:\nStrategic Prospecting & Outreach\nResearch and identify ideal client profiles across verticals.\n\nExecute outbound campaigns using a multi-channel approach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, event outreach).\nLeverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Salesforce to drive outreach and follow-ups.\nMaintain active nurturing cadences while focusing on high-value target accounts weekly.\nLead discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and buying processes.\nPipeline Management\nAccurately log activities and interactions in our CRM; tools like Gong or similar may assist with auto-transcription.\nTrack KPIs, lead statuses, and engagement outcomes for reporting and improvement.\nWork closely with marketing to refine ICP and improve targeting with real-time feedback.\nAlways have a game plan-every week, every account.\nMarket Intelligence\nStay informed about the latest in community software, prebuilt SDKs, and APIs for mobile & web apps.\nMonitor competitors and industry trends to keep outreach sharp and relevant.\nYour Ideal Profile:\nEnergetic & Driven: You bring a vibrant and motivated mindset to everything you do.\nCompetitive Nature: You thrive on hitting goals, improving constantly, and making progress daily.\nFast-Paced Adaptability: You’re comfortable with the organized chaos of a scaling startup.\nClear Communicator: Exceptional English writing and speaking skills.
