You will play a key role in delivering exceptional influencer and social media campaigns for our existing and future clients, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.\nAbout the role\nAccount Management sits at the heart of the agency and in this role, meaning you will work closely with every department, as well as a variety of client-side stakeholders to independently and proactively lead some of our large accounts - becoming their trusted point of contact.\nWe are seeking a driven individual who is passionate about influencer and performance marketing and is ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you will receive first-class on-the-job training to aid your personal development, all whilst working across a range of exciting clients, from beauty to tech to FMCG.\nKey Responsibilities\nRespond to client briefs and work with wider teams to develop creative informed by competitive, consumer, cultural and platform insights.\nWrite insight-led proposals and support client pitches and presentations.\nBuild strong client relationships and develop a clear understanding of their business, brands, industries and objectives.\nChallenge briefs, contribute strategic and creative ideas, and brief wider teams to deliver against client needs.\nManage multiple influencer and social campaigns across sizeable Accounts, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to a high standard.\nOwn the full campaign lifecycle, including plans, timelines, budgets, influencer identification, briefing, negotiation, content and reporting.\nManage campaign teams, influencers and suppliers, proactively resolving issues and keeping projects on track.\nAct as a key client contact, managing expectations and providing clear updates, insights and recommendations.\nOversee campaign reporting and KPIs, using performance data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.\nManage campaign commercials, budgets and profitability, ensuring efficient and commercially sound delivery.\nIdentify and drive Account growth through upsells, repeat business and additional activity.\nLead client and internal meetings, campaign reviews and presentations, communicating confidently with stakeholders.\nContribute to new business opportunities, including RFIs, RFPs, proposals, pitches and referrals.\nSupport and develop junior team members, sharing learnings and best practice across the agency.\nMaintain high standards of quality, organisation and accuracy, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3+ years of experience working within influencer marketing or social media marketing.
