You will need to collaborate closely with vendors, support team and engineering teams to create solutions.\nResponsibilities / expectations for this role:\nMaintain accurate and comprehensive records throughout the client onboarding lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timely documentation updates.\nMonitor and maintain the production environment, creating metrics and dashboards to oversee platform capacity/load, data quality, and overall system health.\nParticipate in and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving stability, enhancing current features, or developing new workflows.\nDevelop and maintain thorough documentation for all support processes, bug and enhancement tracking to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency in service delivery.\nInstall, configure, test, deploy, and upgrade software on the Raptor trading platform.\nCoordinate the release of new applications and F.I.X configurations and enhancements with internal/external clients, execution venues or vendors.\nOnboard clients and exchange routes on F.I.X gateways.\nResolve application / technical problems and provide solutions.\nManage communication of system and application outages to the end users.\nCapacity planning, Incident and Problem management.\nCollaborate with internal support teams, vendors, and business unit personnel to monitor. the status of ongoing technology issues and expedite resolution.\n\n Profile required\n\n Basic Qualifications\nProven ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.\nStrong analytical, strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.\nDemonstrated project management experience, with a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives on schedule while effectively managing risks, stakeholders, and competing priorities.\nSecurities and trading industry experience/strong background in technology operations in the financial markets industry.\nMinimum 3 years of experience with F.I.X protocol including client onboarding, regression testing, and exchange certification processes.\nAbility to process multiple client communication streams and make high-quality decisions under pressure.\nDesire and ability to learn new skills and tools, and enthusiastically take on new opportunities and tough challenges.\nGlobal support availability to troubleshoot production related issues and perform checkouts. \nAvailability to provide scheduled weekend and holiday support based on business needs\nPrevious experience supporting or working within a high-frequency trading (HFT) environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.\nPreferred\nExperience with Linux/Unix and Windows OS.\nEffective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.\nExperience with scripting and automation is a plus.\nKnowledge with virtual servers and management tool.\nUnderstanding of Equity Brokerage Trading and Middle/Back Office Operations.\nKnowledge of equity and option trading.\nStrong Vendor Relationship Management and negotiation experience.\nExperience with Equity and Options Trading Order Management Systems e.g. (Flextrade ColorPalette, Fidessa, Inforeach).\nHigh level understanding of Networking concepts (TCP, Firewall, Routing etc.) for troubleshooting connectivity issues.\nExperience using Jira or other Agile delivery
