unit testing and engineering craftsmanship.\nQuality Assurance: Own project delivery quality by managing code coverage, optimizing for code smells, and enforcing strict adherence to SonarQube, penetration testing, and API maturity standards.\nSprint & Product Alignment: Partner directly with Product Owners (PO/PPO) and Business Analysts (BA) to prioritize technical debt and modernization tasks within the backlog and sprints.\nPerformance Tuning: Proactively handle process optimization, troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.\n\n Profile required\n\n Required Technical Skills\nCore & Backend Frameworks: Advanced proficiency in Java (versions 17+) alongside deep ecosystem expertise in Spring Boot (v3.x) and the broader Spring Framework (Web MVC v5.x/v6.x, Data, Cloud, Security, Integration, AMQP).\nDistributed Systems: Microservices, event-driven architectures, Kafka/RabbitMQ, eventual consistency, resilience patterns, scalability, and high-availability design.\nMonitoring & Observability: ELK Stack, Filebeat, Logstash, Metricbeat, Heartbeat, Grafana, Prometheus, Spring Boot Actuator, Zipkin/OpenTelemetry, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.\nFrontend Architecture: Fair knowledge in React.js, including component lifecycle methods, functional hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext etc), state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API), React Router, and React JSON forms.\nMicroservices: Strong design and implementation experience with microservice architectures and development patterns.\nDatabase Design: Proficiency in modeling and querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases and optimization.\nData Storages: Scality S3 or S3 compatible stores, exposure to Parquet/ORC/Avro formats .\nTesting Ecosystem: Experience writing unit tests (JUnit, Mockito), integration tests, and end-to-end testing setups (Cypress / Playwright).\nSecurity Standards: Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and sessions.\nCollaborative Tools: Expertise in version control systems,
