Originate and close deals with clients\nAchieve the company’s client expansion with cross functional teams, with a focus on increasing our market footprint with the crypto industry (crypto asset owners, crypto exchanges, brokers) and stablecoin adoption\nFoster partnerships with key stakeholders within the Societe Generale Group (Capital markets, Security Services, Corporate banking, Private banking, Cash management, …) to leverage our broader origination and distribution channels\nEnsure superior client experience through time\nWork closely with the product, engineering, legal and compliance teams to bring new products and services to market that enable institutional participation in crypto and DeFi markets in a safe and compliant way\nThe position is based in Paris La Defense with limited WFH policy.\n\n Profile required\n\n To be considered, candidates must have:\nA demonstrated sales track record in either institutional crypto exchange, broker, crypto custody, blockchain technologies or related fintech\n\nDeep knowledge of the cryptocurrency and DeFi industries\n\nPrior experience with the financial industry in capital markets, trading, security services or payments\n\nMinimum 10 years of relevant experience for senior positions and 3 years for junior positions\n\nExcellent relationship-building and negotiation skills\n\n “Doer” personality: result-oriented, decisive, and energetic.
