and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and workflows.\nBuild ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and enrich data from multiple sources.\nDevelop scalable data products and reusable data models.\nImplement data transformations using Python, SQL, and PySpark.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and reliability through testing and monitoring.\nTroubleshoot and optimize data pipelines, processing jobs, and platform performance.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nSupport production deployments and ensure operational stability.\nImplement data governance, security, lineage, and access control best practices.\nIntegrate data solutions with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation.\nParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.\n\n Profile required\n\n 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.\nStrong proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.\nExperience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.\nStrong understanding of data modeling and large-scale data processing.\nExperience with distributed data platforms and modern data architectures.\nKnowledge of data quality, governance, security, and monitoring principles.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams.\nPreferred SkillsExperience with enterprise data platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, or similar technologies.\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.\nExperience with AI/ML, analytics, or data science workflows.\nKnowledge of Financial Services, Risk, Compliance, or AML
