Business Applications & Architecture. The role must understand:\nCore Banking Systems, BPM/Workflow solutions; ERP systems; Customer onboarding and servicing platforms\nDocument Management Systems; Case Management solutions\n2. Integration Technologies (Critical). Must have strong understanding of:\nREST APIs; SOAP services; Open API specifications\nAPI Gateways (Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, Azure API Management)\nMicroservices Architecture; Event-Driven Architecture; Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)\nMessage Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Azure Service Bus)\n3. Cloud Platforms. Must understand: Azure (preferred for most enterprises); Azure Integration Services; Azure Functions. Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault.\n4. Data & Analytics. Required knowledge: SQL; Data Warehouses; Data Lakes; Data Governance; Master Data Management; Data Lineage\n5. Digital Channels. Knowledge of: Web applications; Mobile applications; Omnichannel architectures; Customer Journeys; Digital onboarding\n6.
