documentation and contributing to a knowledge base of best practices\n\nPerforming release quality checks\n\nPreparing reports for the operations teams, using SQL\n\nTaking active participation in continuous improvement activities\n\nPartnering with development teams to ensure timely resolution\n\nLiaising with clients to investigate the incidents\n\n Profile required\n\n We expect from the candidates:\nPrevious experience in back or middle office in structured finance\n\nStrong knowledge of Loan IQ\n\nFluency in English, Polish or French will be a plus\n\nCustomer service oriented continuous improvement mindset\n\nExcellent analytical & problem-solving skills\n\nInterpersonal skills and Team player\n\nGood communication skills and collaboration with colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds\n\nRelational database & SQL querying knowledge or willingness to
