The role provides technical leadership across Data Ingestion, Power BI, Ataccama ONE, Databricks and cloud-based data platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Lead data ingestion, ETL/ELT and integration solutions using Airflow, NiFi, Python and Databricks.\n Drive Power BI reporting, dashboarding and reporting modernization initiatives.\n Lead Ataccama ONE implementations covering Data Quality, Governance, Metadata Management and MDM.\n Define data architecture standards and engineering best practices.\n Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects and engineering teams.\n Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.\n Support release management, production support, upgrades and platform optimization.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n Profile required \n\n Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.\n 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics or Data Governance.\n 5+ years of technical leadership experience.\n Experience delivering enterprise-scale data transformation programs.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills\n\nData Engineering: Python, Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, ETL/ELT, Databricks, Kafka.\n\nDatabases: SQL, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.\n\nAnalytics: Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling, Dashboard Development.\n\nGovernance: Ataccama ONE, Data Quality, Metadata Management, MDM, Data Governance.\n\nCloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS/GCP, Git, CI/CD, Agile.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n Ataccama certification preferred.\n Cognos migration experience.\n Power Automate knowledge.\n Banking/Financial Services domain experience.\n Enterprise Data Governance exposure.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n\nA senior data leader capable of bridging business, analytics, governance and engineering teams while driving scalable, secure and governed data solutions.\n\n Why join us \n\nWe are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
