This role is key to ensuring compliance, security, resilience, and proper documentation of IT environments, in line with Group standards and processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nIT Asset Management & Governance\n\nEnsure the continuous update of the IT asset inventory (hardware, operating systems, PCs, screens, printers, network devices, etc.) within the Group CMDBs for all 44 Ayvens entities\n\nGuarantee the accuracy, completeness, and traceability of asset data\n\nOrganize and lead a formal quarterly review of the asset inventory\n\nProduce monthly reporting on the overall asset landscape (coverage, obsolescence, compliance)\n\nObsolescence & Risk Management\n\nIdentify obsolete, unsupported, or vulnerable assets\n\nDefine, track, and contribute to remediation plans (replacement, upgrade, retirement)\n\nWork closely with IT and Cybersecurity teams to reduce exposure to vulnerabilities\n\nInfrastructure Documentation & Compliance\n\nEnsure that all IT infrastructures are:\n\nProperly referenced in Group tools\n\nDocumented in accordance with Group processes, standards, and templates\n\nMaintain up-to-date documentation (architecture, dependencies, ownership, SLAs)\n\nResilience, Backup & Continuity\n\nDefine, formalize, and maintain a clear resilience and backup testing strategy for each infrastructure according group processes\n\nEnsure that:\n\nBackup strategies are properly documented for each infra\n\nRestore and resilience tests are performed, tracked, and reported as per group requirement\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans (BCP/DRP)\n\nOrganize and coordinate DRT for Apps & Infra\n\nRequired\n\n Profile required \n\nTechnical Skills\n\nStrong understanding of IT infrastructures (end-user devices, servers, networks, systems)\n\nExperience with CMDBs and IT Service Management tools\n\nSolid knowledge of security, obsolescence, resilience, and backup topics\n\nComfortable with reporting, KPIs, and IT governance\n\nSoft Skills\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\n\nAbility to work in cross-functional environments (infrastructure, security, support)\n\nClear and structured written communication (documentation and reporting)\n\nAnalytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement\n\nKey Deliverables & KPIs\n\nCMDB accuracy with quarterly audits\n\nMonthly asset and risk reporting\n\nControlled levels of obsolescence and vulnerabilities\n\nInfrastructure documentation aligned with Group standards\n\nExecuted and tracked backup and resilience test plans\n\n Why join us \n\nAt Société Générale, we are convinced that people are drivers of change, and that the world of tomorrow will be shaped by all their initiatives, from the smallest to the most ambitious.
