The role assists senior project managers and business stakeholders in project planning, coordination, reporting, documentation, and follow-up activities while gaining exposure to project management methodologies, data governance, and compliance processes.\nSpecifically, you will be required to:\n1. Project Coordination\n· Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\n· Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, status reports, and meeting materials.\n· Organize project meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions.\n· Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.\n· Support stakeholders in gathering business requirements.\n· Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.\n2. Reporting & Monitoring\n· Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards.\n· Monitor KPIs and project progress against agreed timelines.\n· Consolidate information received from various stakeholders.\n· Escalate risks or delays to senior project managers when necessary.\n3. Data & Process Support\n· Assist in data quality initiatives and remediation follow-up.\n· Perform basic data analysis using Excel, Power BI or internal tools.\n· Support the creation and maintenance of procedures and process documentation.\n· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n4. Stakeholder Management\n· Maintain effective communication with teams in Bucharest, Paris, and other locations.\n· Build working relationships with business and support teams.\n· Participate actively in project governance meetings.\n· Ensure information is shared accurately and on time.\n5.
