decommissioning.\n\nTroubleshooting and providing Level 2 support for all related IT systems on which these applications depend (e.g., APIs, message queues, synchronization mechanisms, etc.).\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in (hands-on experience),\n\nWorking with Unix-based operating systems (Linux, IBM AIX) and Microsoft Windows.\n\nWorking with relational databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.\n\nWorking with middleware platforms like IBM WebSphere and Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, Informatica PowerCenter, IBM BPM/BAW, IBM MQ. \nThis includes the ability to install and troubleshoot applications that rely on these frameworks. \n\nExperience with container management platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes) is a mandatory requirement.\n\nExperience with CI/CD Pipeline Orchestration tools is a mandatory requirement \n\n(knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory is necessary).\n\nThe following are considered an advantage:\n\nGeneral programming knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell) or \ngeneral scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, KSH, Batch).\n\nGeneral understanding of software architecture and hardware infrastructure components.\n\nGood knowledge of containerization and orchestration solutions, such as Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.\n\nGeneral networking knowledge.\n\nGeneral experience with server and application monitoring tools, such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Prometheus, Elastic Search\n\nGeneral understanding of ITIL methodology, with a focus on Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management
