Oracle Database Operations & ReliabilityManage schema changes, DB deployments, versioning, and rollbacks using tools such as Liquibase/Flyway (if applicable).\nMonitor database health using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), AWR, ASH, ADDM.\nEnsure strong backup, recovery, high availability (RAC/Data Guard), and DR strategies.\n5. Security, Compliance & Data GovernanceImplement and manage Oracle security features: roles, privileges, auditing, TDE, data masking, VPD/FGA.\nEnsure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI‑DSS).\nMaintain data quality and validation standards for the application domain.\n6. Troubleshooting & Root Cause AnalysisLead resolution of Oracle‑related incidents, including performance degradations, deadlocks, and data inconsistencies.\nPerform RCA for outages and propose preventive measures.\nWork with SRE/DevOps teams to automate Oracle health checks and alerting.\n7. Technical Leadership & CollaborationServe as the point of contact for all Oracle DB matters for the specific application.\nCoach developers on SQL and PL/SQL best practices.\nCollaborate in solution design discussions for new features requiring database involvement.\n\n8.
