delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Lead development of enterprise web and digital channel applications using Angular and React. \n• Define front-end architecture, engineering standards and UI/UX best practices. \n• Guide teams in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and REST API integrations. \n• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, architects and backend engineering teams. \n• Drive code reviews, quality assurance, security and performance optimization. \n• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple squads. \n• Support CI/CD, DevOps and modern software engineering practices. \n• Ensure responsive, accessible and cross-browser compatible applications.\n\n Profile required\n\n Required Qualifications\n\n• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. \n• 10+ years of software engineering experience. \n• 5+ years leading front-end teams and digital product delivery. \n• Proven experience delivering large-scale customer-facing applications.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills\n\nFront End: Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TailwindCSS. \nIntegration: Node.js, REST APIs. \nEngineering: Git, Agile, Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Responsive Design, Cross-Browser Compatibility. \nArchitecture: Front-End Architecture, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization, UI Engineering.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n• Experience with Figma and design systems. \n• Knowledge of .NET Razor templates and CMS platforms such as Kentico. \n• Experience with cloud-native web applications. \n• Banking or Financial Services domain experience. \n• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD and enterprise architecture practices.\n\nLeadership Competencies\n\nTechnical Leadership, Stakeholder Management, People
