optimization\n· Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings and transformation activities\n· Provide documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation guidance\nTooling Expertise\n· ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and CMDB modules)\n· OpenText SMAX / Service Manager experience strongly preferred\n· Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms and process-tool alignment\nPreferred Qualifications and Certifications\n· ITIL 4 certification\n· ServiceNow certifications\n· Banking or financial services experience\n· Audit, compliance and regulated industry exposure\n· ITSM migration, consolidation or CMDB improvement projects\nEnterprise Experience\n· Large enterprise environment experience (over 5,000+ users)\n· Global or multi-country organization exposure\n· Experience in transformation, harmonization or process alignment programmes\n· Governance-driven operating model experience\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nAn ITSM professional combining strong process expertise with hands-on ServiceNow experience and a proven track record in enterprise-scale transformation and governance environments.\n\n Profile required\n\n Mandatory Skills (Must Have)\n· Strong expertise in Incident, Problem and Change Management\n· Hands-on experience with Request Fulfillment, Service Level Management, CMDB and Knowledge Management\n· Practical ITIL v3/v4
