It is particularly suited to intellectually curious professionals who enjoy tackling complex topics and turning them into practical solutions.\nYour future scope of responsibility will cover:\nPartnering with Front Office teams on regulatory, governance, risk, and control-related matters\n\nAdvising on complex transactions and new business activities\n\nTranslating regulatory requirements into practical and scalable operating solutions\n\nLeading transformation and process improvement initiatives\n\nStrengthening governance, risk, and control frameworks through ongoing review and enhancement\n\nLeveraging AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and productivity\n\nMonitoring key risks and coordinating mitigation and escalation actions\n\nBuilding regulatory and risk awareness through training and knowledge-sharing activities\n\nSupporting governance committees and management forums\n\nManaging relationships with auditors, regulators, and inspectors and coordinating follow-up actions\n\n Profile required\n\n You will be best suited for this role if:\nYou hold a degree from a leading university or business school and have at least 3 years of experience within the banking or financial services sector, business management, COO offices, transformation and change functions, risk and governance teams, audit, or consulting\n\nYou have a genuine interest in regulatory topics, which will be a strong differentiator in this role\n\nYou are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and have a strong interest in leveraging digital productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled solutions\n\nYou are fluent in English;
