This role will contribute to the strategic initiatives and transformation of the Global Support Function within the Investment Banking Business.\nAs a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate projects across various business areas, including Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency, Financial Steering, organizational transformation, innovation projects, and business projects. You will be working closely with stakeholders and reporting to sponsors on business or IT initiatives.\nYour future scope of responsibility will cover:\nManage and coordinate projects independently, contributing to global initiatives within the international project office community\n\nAlign project objectives, manage stakeholders, and report to sponsors on business or IT initiatives\n\nTake charge of continuous improvement actions and participate in the development of knowledge sharing and assistance between project managers\n\nCollaborate on cross-cutting initiatives, such as CSR and communication\n\n Profile required\n\n You will be best suited for this role if:\n3+ years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record in financial institutions or consulting firms and knowledge of the Investment Banking environment and business\n\nDemonstrated project leadership skills, supported by Agile, Lean, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies\n\nAdaptability and agility in challenging environments, with the ability to work in a task-force mode\n\nExcellent relationship-building skills, with a positive mindset, strong organizational skills\n\nCurious, proactive, and driven, with a strong ability to steer initiatives and tailor communication effectively.\n\nFluency in English is required, with Polish and French as
