regulations and internal controls in the banking industry.\nFurther, he/she shall not make decisions which will have an impact on delivery of the mission without referring the issue to concerned CPLE/CTL Head and the Regional Head of Compliance Control Monitoring and getting his/her approval.\nThe Compliance risk Controller shall escalate any high risk/issue or bottleneck in the execution of the annual plan without delay to the Regional head of Compliance Control Monitoring or Regional head of CPLE/CTL.\nFair knowledge of Compliance risks in the global banking environment.\n>Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable acts, laws and regulations in India and internationally.\nExample (including not limited to): Companies Act, Special Economic Zone regulations, Labour Laws, GDPR, Karnataka Shops and Establishment Act, Goods and Services Act, risks pertaining to HR, facilities, CSR, PTP (including but not limited to).\n>Perform risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control frameworks\n>Identify, document, and report compliance gaps and potential risks\n>Develop and recommend sustainable corrective actions and control enhancements to mitigate compliance risks\n>Collaborate with various departments to ensure review findings are discussed and agreed\n>Prepare detailed review reports with actionable recommendations\nAdded
