Designed by developers, for developers, the platform provides a standardized, secure, and automated ecosystem to accelerate software delivery and reduce cognitive load across the organization.\nBased in Montreal, within the EPL/SPL team, you will contribute to the transformation of Société Générale’s engineering platform, collaborating closely with international teams (France, India, Canada, US). You will play a key role in standardizing, securing, and automating software development and deployment practices at scale.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPlatform Operations & Support\n• Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of CI/CD and software factory services\n• Operate services in compliance with security and regulatory requirements\n• Provide support under a Follow-The-Sun (FTS) model and meet defined SLAs\n• Communicate effectively on incidents, changes, and releases\n• Deliver technical support and guidance to application teams\nCI/CD & DevOps Enablement\n• Design, operate, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines\n• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, automation, and software craftsmanship\n• Support application teams in industrializing their development lifecycle\n• Act as a regional (AMER) subject matter expert on CI/CD tools and practices\nPlatform Engineering & Evolution\n• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain DevOps toolchain components\n• Contribute to platform evolution, including Azure Cloud integration\n• Develop prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate new capabilities\n• Participate in the rationalization and modernization of internal platforms\n• Define and implement monitoring frameworks (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs)\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement\n• Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational workload\n• Enhance platform scalability, reliability, and developer experience\n• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tooling and processes\nQuality, Security & Governance\n• or software factory tooling\n• Strong expertise in: \n o Linux, Bash, Python\n o Git (GitHub Enterprise), Jenkins / CI tools\n o CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\n o Monitoring and observability tools\n• Solid experience with code quality, security, and artifact management tools\n• Strong knowledge of automation, scripting, and cloud infrastructure concepts\n• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and manage stakeholders\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments\n• Excellent communication and presentation skills\n• Proven ability to collaborate in distributed international teams\nPreferred / Nice to Have\n• Experience with: \n o Azure Cloud\n o GitHub Actions, TeamCity, XL Deploy, ArgoCD\n o SonarQube, Nexus, JFrog / Artifactory\n o Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker\n o Build tools (Maven, MSBuild, npm, etc.)\n• Experience with large-scale platform transformation or rationalization\n• Knowledge of enterprise QA practices in cloud environments\n• Exposure to DevOps transformation programs\n• Strong interest in knowledge sharing and technical mentoring\n\nLANGUAGES\n• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required\n• French is a real plus, due to regular collaboration with international teams\nLANGUAGE: \nAbility to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will
