The main tasks are as follows, across Asia-Pacific and sometimes more globally, in close collaboration with peers from other regions:\nDrive IT demand management in front of business sponsors and IT stakeholders\nCoordinate Functional architecture studies (technical studies when relevant) to launch new projects\nFollow the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with the North Star Design Architectural Principles\nSupport project and application development teams throughout the application development lifecycle\nCoordinate all architecture matters as single point of contact on any transformation projects \nContribute to the definition and maintenance of architecture standards (blueprints) \nGatekeeper of application recertification, validation, documentation for Asia Pacific following Global Standard, tools and processes (Kear, ARC internal lists, etc)\nIdentify, promote and share best practices, in terms of functional and application architecture following design principles\nReview and Validate Architectural Functional and\\or Technical (when relevant) aspects of SG\\Initiatives\nBuild and Present projects and studies in relevant forums particularly at the Design Authority\nManage users’ requirements and provide in-depth business analysis & solutions\nCommunicate and report to business and IT peers and senior stakeholders\nExplore new technologies and drive for improvement wherever possible\n\n Profile required\n\n Strong Functional and\\or technical background with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering\nExperience in Technology projects in relevant fields performing roles involved either in Architecture, Design and Build, Support or Analysis with strong technology foundations\nExperience supporting, developing and\\or implementing global enterprise systems small to large scale either Pre-Trade, Post-Trade or End to End\nStrong written and verbal communication skills at business and technical level\nAbility to learn and adapt quickly to new environment\nInteract directly with internal users to gather business specifications\nCollaborate with various global teams for project delivery\nExperience in managing and\\or working in close partnership with developers\nStrong team player, able to coach and grow team members\nProven experience in Agile, TDD, continuous delivery\nDevelopment in C#, Java & Python development experience will be an advantage\nKnowledge in Markets Products (FIC or EQD) will be an advantage\nAt ease in a multi-cultural and regional environment\nStrong organizational and analytic skills\nBehavioral Skills\nInnovation -
