with experience coordinating medium to large teams.\nExperience in business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.\nSolid understanding of project management and change management principles.\nExperience working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional initiatives.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Process Mapping, or similar methodologies represents an advantage.\nExposure to automation, analytics, digital transformation, or AI-driven initiatives is considered a plus.\nStrong analytical and
