IT Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting an organization's information technology systems, networks, hardware, software, and security infrastructure.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES \nInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems. \nMonitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, servers, and IT systems. \nProvide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware/software issues. \nManage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. \nMonitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses as well as other office equipment/device;\nImplement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies. \nPerform system upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. \nConfigure and maintain cloud services and virtualization platforms. \nDocument IT procedures, system configurations, and technical solutions. \nCollaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.\nEnsure compliance with organizational IT policies and industry standards. \nProvide support for and maintain other office equipment including telephone systems, printers and copiers.\nAny ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.\nOUR REQUIREMENTS\n\nPossess a Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field;\nMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience;\nHands on and resourceful;\nKeen to learn and keep updated on latest cybersecurity risks, Health Information Act and PDPA.\nSkills\nInstallations, Software License Management, Data
