Socket is a fast-paced, growing company with exceptional opportunities for motivated people.\nResponsibilities include:\nTroubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues affecting Socket’s business customers.\nDocumentation of customer interaction through trouble tickets.\nProviding timely and consistent follow-up to Socket’s business customers.\nContributing to the collective resources and knowledge of the Business Center department.\nCompletes all Business builds, suspensions, reactivations, and removals in a timely manner, ensuring customer’s services are ready on their go-live date and the accuracy of router configurations. \nRoute current business customer’s requests for new services, change in services, and/or cancellations to their account representative, or the Business Center Coordinators. \nRequirements\nAssociates Degree and/or equivalent work experience in the Telecommunications/Internet field is preferred. \nQualified candidates must be a high school graduate or possess a General Education Degree (GED).
