This role offers opportunities for advancement for individuals who show strong initiative and a desire to grow.\nResponsibilities\nWork collaboratively with the Operations & Dispatch Team to ensure accurate and compliant work instructions are provided to field employees\nDeliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate records of all job status updates\nCoordinate and schedule field inspectors while maintaining daily communication with clients\nDispatch work orders and project details to inspectors via phone and email\nProvide timely updates and follow-ups on multiple active construction projects\nMonitor inspector activity, process paperwork, and enter accurate information into internal systems\n Proficient in MS Office and computer literate\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nCustomer-focused and team-oriented\nProactive, self-starter, and strong problem solver\nComfortable working with clients, operational staff, field personnel, and management\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities\nHigh attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills\nKnowledge of NYC and
